€10 Delivery charge for orders less than €50

Where can you deliver?

We deliver across the main island of Malta.

If you’re planning a delivery in Gozo, please get in touch with us on feedme@thedelimalta.com.

I need delivery for a special occasion – how do I do that?

Call our team on via email: feedme@thedelimalta.com with your order number and request that we change the delivery date for you. Note: we can only deliver Monday to Friday on avaialble dates.

Can I cancel my order?

We can accept a cancellation of an order within 5 hours of the order being received. Your order cannot be amended or cancelled once in preparation.

Do you cater for guests with allergies?

Yes we do but please always ask to speak to someone before placing your order if you have any doubts or require clarification on anything.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. +356 9944 3801

Delivery

If you are not available to receive your package in person, please make sure that our courier can leave the box in a secure and safe place or leave your pachage with your favourite neighbour.

Cold & Frozen Food

Please bear in mind our food is chilled and need to be put in the fridge or freezer as soon as possible.

Warm Food

Please note that once it reaches room tempreture is should be refigerated.

Refund

We do not accept returns for sanitary reasons.

The Deli Gift Card

Terms and conditions:

This voucher is valid for 1 year from date of purchase. It is not transferable and not refundable. The voucher can be used on any product on the TheDeliMalta.com except for Grazing Tables, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

How do Gift cards work?

Note: This is not a physical gift card and you and your recipient will receive a digital gift card via email. Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to the purchaser and the recipient with a unique code.
